Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure each client receives the care, attention, and energetic preparation they deserve, please read the following booking policies carefully before scheduling a session. 💖 Booking Notice All services require a minimum of 3 days (72 hours) advance booking. Lindsay devotes this time to energetically and intuitively prepare for each session. Sessions booked with less than 72 hours' notice may be declined or rescheduled at her discretion. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Life happens — but please honor the time and energy that goes into each session. Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session rate and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. 🔁 No Refunds All bookings are non-refundable. This includes cancellations and missed appointments. You may, however, gift your session to a friend if you’re unable to attend (just email in advance to update the name on the booking). 💌 Running Late? If you're running late, please send a quick message. Lindsay will do her best to accommodate, but your session may be shortened to honor other clients' scheduled time. 🌟 Energetic Agreement Booking a session means you’re entering a sacred container of trust, transformation, and energetic exchange. Please arrive ready to receive with presence and respect for both your own process and Lindsay’s preparation.
