Hi, I’m Lindsay Q or Q for short -fur-mom, big sister, lifelong athlete, and sensitive old soul with a tough exterior and a heart that feels deeply. Here to support you as a soul plan reader, intuitive coach, personal trainer, and creator of the Unicorn Jungle Strong Gym. This space was born out of my own healing journey… One that’s still unfolding.
I known what it's like to carry heartbreak, struggle with self-worth, and feel stuck in cycles of self-rejection and emotional pain. I’ve spent decades navigating trauma, severe depression, addiction, body shame, chronic disease, and the belief that I had to be perfect to earn love. For a long time, I tried to stuff the pain—with fitness, food, toxic relationships, and constant self-pressure. But healing came when I finally stopped performing and started feeling—when I began to reconnect with the parts of me that were never broken, just deeply hurt.
Truthfully, I’m still in the process. I’m not “on the other side all the way.” But I’ve done enough work, walked far enough into my healing, that I can now hold space for others as they find their way, too.
Through strength training that honors your body, spiritual tools that support your soul, and practices that reconnect you to your truth, I offer a space where you don’t have to be perfect—you just have to be yourself.

Gizi Arkansas born, wears her heart-on-her-sleeve little sister of the duo. She loves hard, licks often, and thrives on attention. She’s bold, affectionate, and will happily sit on your lap during a meditation or follow you around the room during your workout like a fur-baby cheerleader. She gets a little jealous of Mini sometimes, but that’s just her Leo heart wanting to be in the center of your orbit. She shows her affection by rolling over for a belly rub, she's a total lover.
💚 Mini Moo – The Taurus Queen Shih Tzu Fashionista
5 years old | Puppy Mill survivor | Food-motivated |Big Sis
Mini Moo was rescued from a puppy mill in Florida, and her journey is one of deep inner transformation. She came from a place of restriction, fear, and neglect—she's now overcoming her fears and lives big. She loves food, toys, and expressing herself loudly (she’s got a voice and she’s not afraid to use it). Mini’s anxiety is part of her charm—she’s tender, cautious, and incredibly intuitive. Her healing journey mirrors Q’s: learning to trust again, learning that safety is real, and that love doesn’t have to be earned.
