Return Policy

At Self Love Warrior Club, most of our products are made specifically for you after you place your order. Because we use a print-on-demand production model, products are not generally stocked in advance and are produced specifically in response to individual orders.

For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or color, or no longer want the item.

We want you to love your Self Love Warrior Club gear, though, and we will work with you when there is a genuine problem with your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Examples of problems that may qualify for a refund or replacement include:

• A product arrives damaged;

• A product has a significant manufacturing or printing defect;

• The wrong product was sent;

• The wrong size or color was sent due to a fulfillment error;

• A significant portion of the printed design is missing, incorrectly printed, or otherwise materially different from the product purchased; or

• An order is lost in transit or otherwise not delivered in circumstances where a refund or replacement is appropriate.

• Your order number;

• A description of the problem; and

• Clear photographs of the product and/or packaging when appropriate.

Photos are particularly helpful because our print-on-demand fulfillment partner may require them to investigate a problem and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are generally limited to situations involving:

1. A product defect;

2. Damage occurring before or during delivery;

3. A fulfillment or shipping error;

4. A materially incorrect product; or

5. Another circumstance in which a refund is required by applicable law.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Replacements

When appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement requests are evaluated based on the circumstances of the order, the nature of the problem, product availability, and the requirements of our print-on-demand fulfillment provider.

A replacement is not guaranteed in every situation.

If a replacement is approved, the replacement will generally be for the same product, design, size, and color originally ordered, subject to availability.

Returns

Because our products are made to order, customers should not send products back without first contacting Self Love Warrior and receiving instructions. In many cases involving a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, a physical return will not be necessary.

If a return is required for a particular situation, we will provide specific instructions.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Orders

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase. If an order is returned to the fulfillment provider because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.

If you notice an address error shortly after placing an order, contact us immediately. Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed or an order cancelled after it has been submitted for production.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Please review the size chart and product information before placing your order. Because products are made specifically after an order is placed, we generally cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because:

• You ordered the wrong size;

• You ordered the wrong color;

• You changed your mind;

• You no longer want the item;

• The item does not fit as expected; or

• You simply do not like the item after receiving it.

If you believe there is a genuine issue with the product itself, please contact us so we can evaluate the situation.

Order Cancellations

Because print-on-demand orders may enter production shortly after purchase, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once production has begun. If an order has not yet entered production and can reasonably be cancelled, we may approve the cancellation and refund the applicable amount.

Shipping Delays

We work with third-party production and shipping providers, and shipping times can vary.

Occasional delays can occur because of production issues, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

If an order cannot be shipped within the applicable timeframe required by law, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking information indicates that an order was delivered to the address provided at checkout but you cannot locate the package, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery carrier.

We will make reasonable efforts to help investigate delivery problems, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages that are shown by the carrier as successfully delivered.

Our Goal

We want you to feel good about what you purchase from Self Love Warrior. While our print-on-demand model means we cannot accept ordinary returns or exchanges, we will make a good-faith effort to resolve legitimate problems with your order fairly and reasonably.
