What if self-love wasn’t something you achieve… but something you practice?
The Pink State™ isn’t a destination. It’s a frequency. A way of being. A conscious return to your wholeness.

It’s the energy we live by inside the Self-Love Warri☮️r Club—and the foundation of everything we do at Unicorn Jungle Strong.
But what does it really mean to Practice Your Pink State™?
Heal
Before we rise, we have to feel.Healing asks us to slow down and turn inward. To sit with what’s real. To feel what’s been buried. To meet ourselves with honesty and compassion.
In your Pink State™, healing means allowing space for all that you've been carrying. It means no longer running from your emotions, but learning how to move with them—through breathwork, self-love practices, energy healing, resistance training, and intuitive movement.
Some days healing looks like writing it all down and tearing the page. Some days it looks like lifting a barbell and reclaiming your power. Some days it looks like crying, laughing, journaling, or laying still in the sauna while your nervous system resets.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about presence. don’t need to rush your healing—you just need to meet yourself where you are.
Love
Self-love is not a quick fix or a fluffy phrase. It’s a practice of acceptance. Compassion. Kindness.
It’s choosing to speak to yourself like someone you love, even on the days you feel like a mess.
Loving yourself in your Pink State™ means forgiving your past, softening your expectations, and learning to care for your body like it’s sacred—because it is.
Rise
Healing isn’t linear, but it is transformational.
To rise means to keep showing up—especially when it’s hard. It means choosing strength without perfection. It’s the decision to keep moving, to lift the weight, to do the next right thing even when you're tired.
And in our world? Rising includes progressive overload—not just physically, but emotionally. You get stronger by doing the reps. By meeting resistance and still saying, “I’ve got me.”
Play
Play is self-expression. It’s joy. It’s freedom.
In the Pink State™, play isn’t a luxury—it’s medicine. It’s how you reconnect with your inner child, your creativity, your lightness.
Maybe it’s dancing in the gym.Maybe it’s wearing glitter to your workout.Maybe it’s laughing mid-movement or coloring outside the lines.
You heal faster when you're allowed to feel good.
Embody
This is the integration. This is where the inner work becomes how you move, how you speak, how you show up.
To embody your Pink State™ is to live from alignment. To take up space. To lead with love. To honor your boundaries. To walk with your heart open and your shoulders back.
It’s the moment when your strength becomes sacred—because it’s no longer just physical. It’s soul-deep.
Final Word: You Don’t Have to Get It Perfect. You Just Have to Practice.
The Pink State™ is not something you earn by healing perfectly. It’s something you come back to—moment by moment, breath by breath.
This is the work we do inside Self-Love Warri☮️r Club. This is how we build strength that lasts. This is how we rise—together.
Practice Your Pink State™. Heal. Love. Rise. Play. Embody. This is the Self-Love Warri☮️r Way.
